Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions is all about the store and how it works. What are your rights and mine? What will our relationship be like? What about payments, shipping and returns? I try to answer all of this here, but if any questions remain, just let me know!
What’s this text for?
The terms and conditions are all about the store and only applies if you have any interaction with that, (i.e. order a product), but keep in mind that the information stated in the privacy policy still applies. However, should these two texts contradict each other, this one trumps the other.
Your information
When you place an order, obviously you need to provide some information about yourself. This information is used only to process you order and send it to you. I promise I won’t sign you up for any email list (I don’t actually have one) or start sending you snail-mail (imagine the horror). Should you get something that seems suspicious and is claimed to come from me, please contact me and I’ll try to sort it out.
Some information in your order may be saved for an extended period of time for book-keeping purposes in accordance with the law.
The store is actually set up through a third-party provider, which makes it possible to print on demand; Printful. Because of this, they will also handle your information so they can produce your order. You can find information about how they handle your information on their website.
Placing orders
I only sell to individuals. No companies. If you want to use the product in your company, that’s totally up to you, but we do not sell with reduced VAT or taxes. FYI.
When ordering you will receive a confirmation email that your order and payment was successful. If you believe you have made a successful order and still haven’t received this email within 24 hours, please contact me.
Shipping
When you place an order, the shipping cost is stated in the checkout. What ever that says is what you have to pay. The shipping is meant to simply cover the cost of, you guessed it, shipping your product.
Please note, if any additional costs occur (taxes, toll, delivery-fees) they are at your own expense.
Returns
Products ordered are printed on demand by Printful. For information on returns, I refer to Printful.
Payments
This store only exists online and all payments are done here. No cash.
All payments are managed by secure and trusted payment gateways and your super sensitive information is never stored or handled by me. These gateway providers may have their own policies, and when using them you agreed to these (you can see the providers you may use in your are when you’re in the checkout). I strongly suggest reading those policies as well as ours. This is all done for your security, so that you can sleep well at night knowing everything is according to law and held at very high security standards.
